ON-LINE COACHES MEETING

ATTENTION COACHES:

1. Please read and adhere to the Benjamin School Athletic Handbook.
2. Please read and adhere to the FHSAA handbook.
3. Know the rules of your specific sport—Varsity coaches: You will receive your Rulebooks from Coach Ream.
4. Set up times to pick-up equipment, scorebooks, practice gear, and uniforms with Coach Hamel
5. Remember all players must be in the same practice gear each day or they cannot practice.
6. Please set a time for the washing of practice gear and uniforms (if applies) with Coach Hamel.
7. Please turn in your rosters to the athletic office as soon as possible- (to check for physicals and permission forms).
8. Please notify us of any changes or deletions to rosters and give us your daily practice times.
9. Please either keep the website updated or provide Coach Hamel with your game info so he can keep the website updated.
10. Please provide leave times and early dismissal times to the athletic office for all games, or we will provide them for you.
11. Please make arrangements for team and individual picture with Chris Oakes

                     Areas of emphasis:

1. Policy on students who quit or leave the team for any reason
2. Students must ride to and from games with the coach unless there is written permission from parents or guardians
3. Please remember that it is the coaches’ responsibility to clean the bus after away games and matches.
4. Please remember that coaches should be the first to arrive at practices and the last to leave.
