Building A Scholastic Heritage FAQ WHAT IS BASH? BASH (Building A Scholastic Heritage) was started as a fundraiser in the school year 1984-85 by a Benjamin School parent, Mrs. Barbara Nicklaus. In 2006-07 BASH will celebrate its 23rd anniversary. BASH is an umbrella for a yearlong series of fund-raising events. WHAT ARE THE EVENTS AND PROJECTS FOR THIS YEAR? This year’s events include: gift wrap sales, special BASH lunch days, other special projects, the golf tournament October 13, 2006 at Lost Tree Village, the BASH Fashion Luncheon November 11, 2006 at the Cohen Pavillion at The Kravis Center, Kids’ Korner December 4-8, our annual BASH Variety Show on January 13th at Eissey Theatre and, our main fund raising event, the BASH Gala Dinner & Auction which will be held at The Benjamin Upper School on April 21, 2007.
