To create a new default workbook |

Click on the New
icon located within the Standard
toolbar |
To create a new workbook file using a specified template |

Click on the File
drop down menu, and then click on the New
command.
The New
dialog box will be displayed.
To create a workbook using the default template, click on the Workbook
icon, located within the General
tab.
Click on the OK
button to continue. |
To save the workbook |

To save the workbook, click on the Save
icon, and you will see the Save As
dialog box.
· In the section of the dialog box called File Name , enter a name for your file. Then click on the Save button to save the file. |
